- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
- Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until completely smooth and melted.
- Pour the melted semisweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use an offset spatula to spread evenly into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt white chocolate chips and colorful candy melts. Microwave each in 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and fully melted.
- Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate and colorful candy melts randomly over the dark chocolate base. Drag a toothpick or skewer through the chocolates in swirling motions to create a marbled effect.
- Immediately scatter candy-coated chocolates, candy eyes, and Halloween sprinkles over the bark while the chocolate remains warm and sticky to ensure proper adhesion.
- Allow the bark to set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until completely firm and solid.
- Once fully set, break the bark into irregular, rustic-sized pieces. Arrange on a serving platter or store in an airtight container.
