01 - Wash and prepare all produce: chop pineapple into small pieces, remove tough stems from kale and chop leaves, peel the banana.
02 - Add almond milk, kale, banana, pineapple, chia seeds if using, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup if desired to a blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and no leafy pieces remain.
04 - Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches a creamy, chilled consistency.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
