# What You Need:

06 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

07 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
10 - 1 tablespoon honey
11 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

→ For Frying and Garnish

12 - Vegetable oil for deep frying
13 - 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
14 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

# How-To Steps:

01 - Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Arrange three shallow bowls: place cornstarch in first bowl, beaten eggs in second, and panko breadcrumbs in third bowl.
03 - Dredge each shrimp in cornstarch to coat, dip into beaten egg, then press into panko breadcrumbs. Place breaded shrimp on a tray.
04 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl until smooth and well combined.
05 - Pour vegetable oil to depth of 2 inches in a deep skillet or pot. Heat to 350°F.
06 - Fry breaded shrimp in batches for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
