# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • The satisfaction of eating something that feels indulgent but is actually packed with plant protein
  • Its ready in fifteen minutes flat, which means last minute guests or sudden snack attacks are covered
02 -
  • Damp edamame will steam instead of crisp, and nobody wants soggy pods after all that anticipation
  • Overcooking beyond ten minutes makes the beans inside dry and mealy, which defeats the whole point
03 -
  • A bowl on the side for empty pods saves your coffee table from looking like a disaster zone
  • Lime wedges on the side let people adjust the acidity to their own taste
